Paraa Safari Lodge is in Murchison Falls National Park, North West Uganda. The 40 metre wide River Nile, on it's journey from its source at Lake Victoria to join Lake Albert, is suddenly compressed into a gorge only six meters wide, and cascades into a boiling pot 43 metres below. The earth literally trembles at Murchison Falls, one of the world's most powerful flows of natural water.

Bushara Island Camp 4*

Bushara Island camp is located about 7 km from Kabale town on Bushara Island in the middle of Lake Bunyonyi South Western Uganda. Kabale is 450 km from Kampala. You will take a 15 minute motorised boat transfer to the camp, from Kabale town.

Masindi Hotel 3*

Masindi Hotel is a kilometer north of Masindi town in Uganda. Masindi is 213 km from Kampala city, Uganda.
Masindi Hotel was built in 1923 by The East Africa Railways and Harbours Company. Masindi was the gateway to the 'hinterland of Africa', where goods and produce from the Northern Congo and Southern Sudan found their way to European markets. Cargo was shipped across Lake Albert, trucked from Butiaba up to Masindi Customs Sheds. From Masindi, goods were trucked on to Masindi Port on Lake Kyoga where it was shipped down to Soroti and then by railway to Mombassa.
Masindi Hotel was bought by the Government after independence, and remained a part of the Uganda Hotel chain for nearly 30 years. In the year 2000, The Masindi Hotel was privatised, and has undergone major renovations in the newer (1960's) sections, and restorations are now complete in the original Colonial style part of the Hotel.

Mount Gahinga Rest Camp 3*

Mount Gahinga Rest Camp can be reached by road through Kabale and Kisoro 510 km from Kampala. Mount Gahinga Rest Camp is an ultimate destination for visitor to hang about enroute or after tracking the rare mountain Gorilla.
Located almost right next to the park headquarters, this intimate lodge offers stunning views of the nearby Kisoro volcano and is an excellent base from which to explore the park. Each of the half a dozen stone cottages has their own en suite and private balconies looking out towards Lake Mutanda. The main lodge is reminiscent of a log cabin with an African twist and the roaring log fire is a great place to sit and browse one of the many excellent local interest books stocked in the library.
Gorillas (sometimes!), golden monkeys, birding (including 12 Albert Rift endemics,) black and white colobus, giant forest hog, black-fronted duiker.

Gorilla Forest Camp 3*

Gorilla Tented Camp can be accessed by air, about 522 km away from Kampala in the heart of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Gorilla Forest Camp Attractions
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is an enduring pocket of a huge primeval forest that once stretched from the Virunga Volcanoes in the South to the Rwenzori Mountains in the North. The fertile 331 square kilometres of the park contain 113 species of mammals (including a herd of the rare forest elephant), 200 species of butterfly, over 360 species of birds and a prodigious 324 tree varieties (10 of which are endemic to the park). In addition to this incredible diversity, Bwindi is home to seven species of primates, attracting the attention of international conservation efforts, of which the most endangered is that elusive giant of Africa—the Mountain Gorilla. Only 600 of these magnificent animals remain worldwide, and Bwindi is home to just over half of them.
